2nd Set of Books in IEP - FREE

Advocates Advice - If you have in your students IEP or 504 plan that a 2nd set of books will be provided,  the school cannot require you to leave a check on hold until the end of the school year or make you pay for these books.  They also cannot charge you if a book is lost.

FAPE - FREE & Appropriate Public Education means Free........:)
